Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at Sugar Hotel! The room was spacious and very comfortable, thanks to attentive housekeeping that kept everything spotless. The dining experience was a real treat, especially the breakfast options and the dinners we enjoyed. However, I did find the laundry service a bit pricey. Overall, the welcoming smiles and professionalism of the staff made the experience nice.
My stay at Sugar Hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff were incredibly accommodating and the breakfast good, I encountered issues with the room's cleanliness. Overall, I had a good experience but felt that some parts could use improvement.
I had a wonderful 5-day stay at Sugar Hotel. the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, which made my experience truly enjoyable. The breakfast was good, served from a small but quality menu. The location is perfect, being close to lively areas, though I was disappointed not to be able to use the plunge pool due to the rain. Overall, it was a nice visit with a few minor hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at Sugar Hotel during my stay. While the location was fantastic, just a 15-minute walk from V&A Waterfront, I encountered some issues that diminished my overall satisfaction. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated, but there were some disappointing aspects, particularly with the room quality and dining options.
My stay at Sugar Hotel was pretty great overall. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Waterfront, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. However, the room was a bit smaller than I anticipated. The breakfast was tasty, with some excellent chocolate muffins. I would definitely consider returning, especially for the service and vibe.
